For best quality, all our cookies are recommended to be consumed within three days from the date of delivery.
To keep the cookies for up to a month, freeze the cookies immediately upon delivery.
The cookies can be packed in an airtight container and stored in a cool, dry place or in the freezer.
Warning: Do not store your cookies in the refrigerator. This makes the cookies crumbly.
The cookies can be eaten as they are delivered. Or you can heat them up in the oven or airfryer at 180 °C for 3 to 5 minutes prior to serving.
If the cookies are frozen, heat them up in the oven or airfryer at 180 °C for 8 to 10 minutes prior to serving.
Warning: Do not heat up the cookies using a microwave oven. This makes the cookies dry and hard.
The allergen information for each cookie is provided under the respective cookie pages in our website. All the cookies are prepared and baked in a facility that handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.

Our Rose Pistachio cookie is made using rose extract that contains alcohol. The rest of our cookies do not contain any alcohol, pork, lard or gelatin.
Online Orders
The slots are made available for online orders one month prior to the date of delivery. All orders are fulfilled on a first come first served basis. Subject to availability, you can even make the order one day in advance. No orders are confirmed or reserved until full payment is received.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, no refunds, exchange or cancellations to dates and items are applicable once payment is processed and completed online. Unless the issue for refund, exchange or cancellation is the result of an error in our handling of your order.

Delivery of Orders
Delivery services are chargeable at a flat rate of $8 islandwide.
Delivery service is not available at all times to highly restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, army camps, airport terminals and air cargo complexes. Delivery service is not available at areas affected by road closures on special events such as the National Day Parade and the F1 Singapore Grand Prix.
Other than these locations, we provide delivery services islandwide within Singapore. We do not ship internationally.
The cookie box will be delivered anytime between 11am to 6pm on the date of your choosing. We are unable to advise or guarantee a specific time window for the cookies to arrive as this is subject to a third party delivery service provider’s schedule.
On days with wet weather, slight delays in delivery are to be expected.
We can make arrangements for the cookie box to be delivered at a specific delivery time for an additional surcharge of $10.
In the event of no response at the address of delivery, a grace period of 10 minutes will be granted. Upon confirmation via text, we can make arrangements for the cookie box to be left at your gate or door. (Only applicable if there is access to the apartment or office). If the delivery cannot be received by the recipient within the stipulated grace period or if the recipient/sender remains uncontactable beyond the grace period, the courier will proceed with the remaining deliveries for the day. If the delivery can be scheduled by 6pm for the same day, a re-delivery charge of $10 will be incurred. Orders not delivered by 6pm on the selected date will constitute a “failed delivery”. Requests for the re-delivery of orders on a different date or at a different location is not available.

The points will be credited into your account within three days of payment for your online order.
One point is credited for every dollar spent (excluding delivery, GST and any other miscellaneous charges). Points credited will not be revoked in the event of cancellations or failed deliveries.
All points credited will be valid for six months from the date it is credited.
Yes the points can be accumulated for as long as they are valid.
The points can be redeemed at the checkout page.
20 points entitles you for a redemption of $1 off your order.
